Live Demos

    Software You Can Actually Click

Not screenshots. Not a slide deck. Every demo below is a real, working application — open one and use it. They're the same builds we ship to clients, running on made-up companies so nothing here is anyone's real data.

    5 working demos

    all live right now

    Read-only by default

    your systems stay authoritative

    Invented companies

    no client data, anywhere

Operations console showing cash on hand, receivables, payables and a sales trend chart
    Operations dashboard

One login across accounting, payroll and orders

A distributor's numbers usually live in three systems, and answering “how are we doing?” means exporting three spreadsheets. This console reads from all of them and answers it on one screen. Read-only by design: your accounting system stays the system of record, so the worst case is a stale number, never a corrupted book.

    • Cash, receivables, payables and sales in a single view
    • Aging buckets, credit holds, and an approval queue with an audit trail
    • Read-only integration — source systems stay authoritative
    • Role scoping, so a site manager and an owner see different things
    ReactTypeScriptTailwindRecharts

Harborline Provisions is an invented company; all figures are sample data.

Dispatch board with an unassigned job queue and technicians scheduled on a timeline
    Scheduling · drag and drop

Scheduling that catches the mistake before the truck rolls

Most scheduling tools will happily let you double-book a technician, send them forty minutes across the county with no drive time, or assign work they aren't certified for. You find out when the customer calls. This one checks before the job lands, blocks what can't work, and warns on what's merely tight.

    • Validates while you drag — overlaps, shift bounds, certifications
    • Knows drive time between towns and flags impossible gaps
    • Blocks what can't work, warns on what's tight, tells you which
    • “Find a slot” scores every legal placement and picks the best
    ReactTypeScriptTailwind
    Try dragging a job

Ridgeway Mechanical is an invented company; all jobs and technicians are sample data.

Missed-call recovery demo showing a text conversation beside a CRM record
    Lead capture · plays live

Watch a missed call become a booked job

The caller who hits your voicemail dials the next result within about a minute, and never tells you they called. Press one button and watch the other version: the auto-reply goes out seconds after the call ends, the conversation continues by text where people actually reply, and the contact record builds itself as it goes.

    • Auto-reply sent seconds after the call ends
    • The CRM record builds itself from the conversation
    • Pipeline advances, appointment books, intake form sends
    • Opt-out language on every message, STOP honored immediately

Glasshouse Dental is an invented company; the caller and conversation are sample data.

Attorney workspace listing cases with status, visit counts and billed totals
    Two-sided portal

A shared workspace for two organizations on one case

When two organizations work the same case — a clinic and the attorney handling it, a contractor and the owner's rep — status lives in email and phone tag. This gives both sides one record, with access scoped structurally: there is no self-registration anywhere in the product, and scope comes off the invitation server-side.

    • Invite-only: no self-registration anywhere in the product
    • Access scoped server-side, not hidden in the interface
    • Messaging attached to the case, not a separate inbox
    • Every screen checked against WCAG AA contrast
    Next.jsReactTypeScriptTailwind
    Open the portal

Demonstration data. Use “Enter as Attorney” or “Enter as Clinic Admin” to see both roles.

Field operations dashboard showing production trend, release readiness and open deficiencies
    Field operations

Proving field work is done, and ready to bill

On linear construction the question isn't “what's the status” — it's “which stretch is finished, proven, and releasable?” This tracks work by station along the alignment rather than by folder tree, and surfaces compliance exposure before it becomes a finding.

    • Six screens: dashboard, alignment, capture, deficiencies, release, reports
    • Release readiness board — what's complete vs blocked, and why
    • Compliance exposure surfaced before it becomes a finding
    • Designed to complement the system of record, not replace it

What these demos are, and what they aren't

    What's real

    • · Every screen and interaction you can click
    • · The architecture — read-only, role-scoped, system-of-record preserved
    • · The build stack: React, TypeScript, Tailwind, deployed on Vercel
    • · The logic: conflict checks, approval flows, audit trails

    What's demonstration

    • · Every company shown is invented — no client is represented
    • · All customers, staff and figures are sample data
    • · No live accounting, payroll or CRM system is connected
    • · State resets when you reload the page

Connecting a real system is the build step, not the demo step — it depends on what your platform's API actually exposes, which we check before quoting anything. We also run production systems behind client logins with real authentication and per-account data isolation; those aren't linked here for obvious reasons, but we'll walk through the architecture on a call.
